Problem importing .CSV file for bulk texting

I have the trial version of Firetext and I'm trying to import a .CSV file with phone numbers into the program to test it out. The .CSV file was exported directly from my point of sale machine. When I try to import the CSV file into Firetext I get the following error message: "File is not valid. Line 1 does not contain correct number of fields."

You have extra characters within your CSV file that's causing errors, these are typically generated by Microsoft Excel. If you open your CSV file within your NOTEPAD software, you will see ", you need to "Find and Replace" the " symbol with nothing. It will remove all the " symbols. You can then import your CSV file into FireText Administrator.
