Here is how to fix your internal license error per Firetext instructions:
PLEASE BACKUP YOUR CURRENT C:/FireText System/
1) Close all open FireText Applications.
2) Download the latest FireText Installer from www.firetext.com/FireTextSystemInstallerUpdate.exe
3) If you only want to update your "Display" uncheck within the installer options, "Administrator" and all other softwares.
4) Complete the installer, it will update your .exe files.

If you haven't already, you will need to create a FireText Template, these templates display your incoming messages. Then activate your template by selecting it within your FireText Administrator / Templates manager.
